Create a New Issue

Overview

The Lean Operations Optimizer module allows field operators to digitally record issues or anomalies identified during inspections and operational observations. Optimized for mobile use, the interface streamlines the reporting process by allowing users to categorize the event by area, module, production line, and category. Each entry can be enriched with a detailed description, a set deadline, an assigned owner, and a priority level to ensure effective monitoring and escalation.

Create New Issue

To create a new Issue, select the Issue page.

When accessing the dedicated page, the user can configure the report through the following steps.

Functional Module

Select the functional module associated with the detected problem.

Production Line

Select the production line affected (e.g., "LINE 1 M1").

Categorization

Define the nature of the anomaly, categorizing it under the specific standards provided (e.g., Quality).

Problem Description

Enter a detailed description of the event in the text area, such as "Machine breakdown"

Deadline Setting

Use the calendar icon to open the interface for selecting the date by which the issue must be resolved.

Owner Assignment:

Select the specific team member responsible for managing the logged issue from the menu.

Escalation Level

Define the severity or the assigned tier, such as "Assigned Tier 1° Level."

Save Action

The Save button to finalize the issue registration and save it to the database.
