Plant Hierarchy and Operational Configuration
Overview
This module serves as the structural foundation for the Decisyon LOOP environment. It enables users to define the physical and operational blueprint of a production site by establishing a clear plant hierarchy—ranging from general modules and lines down to specific machines and components.

Beyond physical mapping, the module facilitates operational scheduling through shift management (including pattern definition and line association) and the identification of non-working days. It also provides a robust framework for performance tracking by managing KPI categories, system indicators, and user-defined metrics. Furthermore, it integrates workforce management via Attendance tracking (roles, presence, and absences) and safety oversight through the categorization of security events.
Key Functional Pillars
The effectiveness of digital transformation within Decisyon LOOP relies on a robust configuration of its operational ecosystem. This section outlines the four fundamental pillars designed to bridge the gap between physical shop-floor reality and digital strategic insights.

Definition of the physical structure (Modules > Lines > Machines > Components).

Management of shifts, work patterns, and calendar exceptions.

KPI Framework Configuration of system/user KPIs and their association with specific monitoring tiers.

Attendance tracking (roles and presence) and safety event categorization.
