Replacing analog tools such as paper whiteboards, Excel spreadsheets, and email threads, this collaborative platform integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the escalation of corrective actions. The result is a unified environment that accelerates problem resolution and drives continuous improvement across the organization.
